Our appraisers maintain all required state certifications and complete ongoing continuing education. Al assignments are performed in compliance with USPAP, ensuring ethical and professional standards are met in every report. Additionally we are competent to complete appraisals that adhere to the Uniform Appraisal Standard for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), or Yellow Book.
